Twice I've came here and honestly they have always took good care of me. They explain and show me what's wrong to where I understand and see the issue... they have never just told me a price and I don't know what I'm paying for. So I thank this shop for the help and the visual support they have helped with my car, I highly recommend this shop especially if you are a female and have No one to help you. 5 $stars all day!!!!!!!

Great shop I was recommended by a few work friends and I see why they are cool nice people! Shop is a clean environment shop is nice and clean you can actually walk inside also I like that they show you what they fixed. Highly recommend!

This shop Always takes care of me and my Buick they always give me a good price on labor they truly are good people. My car is a 2001 so by the age you can trust I've been to a few shops in dayton. I never felt comfortable bc I am a single mother but this shop has always took care of me and always show me what's wrong with my car and they always show me my old parts. I like.... thank you Salem auto and tire . T YOU ARE THE Man

I always drive by this place and I always told my self it looked nice for a auto repair shop and always have seen plenty of cars there. That told me that they must do good business so couple months later I took my car here dropped it off and it looked that. They gave me a price to do some front end work on my Chevy truck I told them okay just give me a couple days and I will be back. So just out of curiosity I took it to a shop down the street from them to see what kind of price they would give me. Lets just say that I will be going back to Salem Auto because they wore about 150 dollars cheaper. I appreciate not taking advantage of me because I am a female and I appreciate the step by step explaining u did and showing me the bad parts that you changed on my car. I will be a repeat customer here. I think the guy name was T and the other guy Sam if I'm not mistaken but you guys did a really good job.

I took my vehicle to this shop to get a oil cooler replaced. The mechanics here are very professional and finished my vehicle in a timely manner. My heat is now working great! I most definitely refer Salem Auto for your auto repair work. Thanks guys for your services.

The service was great! They didn’t play around with my car great communication you let me know what was going on in the time in the situation. He kept communication with me. You let me know what was the updates at all times and he did it in a pretty steady time with a great price. GOATED mechanics!!

Outstanding service on the regular! Honest people work here. I will never forget the day I came here and thought I needed brakes bc I didn't know when they have been changed, They told me that I didn't need them that I still had 65 percent life left on them.. and showed me also the life left on them. I was so happy they was honest with me. I will Be a regular moving forward! I highly recommend them! You will be happy you stopped here!
